When our loved ones enter the spirit world they do not forget us. They are able to follow our lives, see us and even communicate with us.
The other day a dear friend of mine came to me because she had lost a beloved relative suddenly. She was distraught at the loss.

I attempted as best I could to present evidence her loved one did still exist. Various aspects of their life together flowed through; however, it was to no avail. My friend remained in great pain.
Finally after asking the loved one in spirit, I was able to set up a communication system with the loved one on earth. My friend was to hold a physical object owned by her beloved relative in spirit whenever she wanted to “feel” the presence.
Objects owned by loved ones in spirit hold their physical energy. If you want to experience them, holding an object they owned presents the opportunity.
The loved one in spirit can send energy from one side of your body through to the object. The object acts like a physical beacon attracting their energy through you.
There are other ways loved ones in spirit can communicate with us. One method is to send us a phsycial reminder. My mother sent me a birthday card through an innocent person the first year I experienced my birthday without her.
The Holidays is a particularly sensitive and emotional time. Imagine it is the first holiday you are experiencing without your loved one.
If there was something you loved like a song or perhaps a special “gift” they gave you every year, you may receive that “gift” in an unexpected way through a synchronicity or happy accident. If you receive such a gift after asking for evidence from your loved one while in deep meditation and it happens, the demonstration holds even more impact!
You are not alone. Your loved ones are listening to you. They are only a request away. You can set up a communication with them simply by asking for one.
