Vibrationally align with the great hall of records. Imagine a great building with high white stone pillars which looks like a temple in ancient Greece or Rome. This is the Akashic record hall. All the knowledge of the entire universe and everything about you exists inside.
Entirely receive.
a. As you drift inside the Akashic record hall you see isle upon isle of endless rows of books. Recite your name and date of birth then ask to be shown the book for your soul.
b. Ask the Akashic records to show you the lifetime which is most important in your past to this lifetime. Feel yourself shift into a dream sequence seeing that lifetime in great detail.
