HOW TO BE HAPPY ALONE: Or With Someone! lol!
This might come as a surprise to you, but if you cannot be happy alone, you will bring your unhappiness into your relationship with someone. So learning to be happy (yes, happiness can be learned) is mandatory if you are alone or with someone in a relationship.
It increases your chances of finding a relationship and creating a successful one if you are in a relationship.
So how does one become happy when they are alone?
There are many ways to do so. I have found that over the years of working with spirit, the channeled material has revealed to me the most profound, lasting and durable way to be happy is to align with your true nature and express it.
This means taking the time to find out what you want in life and then going about bringing it into your life, with the assistance of a higher power, of course.
When one becomes their self nurturer one over comes the feeling of limitation. Let’s follow this through.
You want a mate, a partner in life. You feel alone all the time. You are constantly seeking fulfillment from the love and partnership of another.
How the heck do you become happy then, if you do not have a partner? After all, you cannot be two people for yourself!
Here is an answer. Perhaps not the only answer but one from which to start.
Make a list of all the things a love partner would do for you. Then takes steps to do that for yourself.
One of the most difficult aspects of not having a love partnership is no energy from physical interaction. How do you complete yourself without the energy exchange that can only come from physical contact?
Recently I discovered a way to fulfill myself in this area without having a love partner. Although it is not the ideal situation, it is something.
A friend of mine invited me to a Male Dance Review, similar to that depicted in the movie, “Magic Mike.” Much to my surprise, I found this very energetically satisfying.
It actually provided for me a way to gain fulfillment of physical contact without having a love interest. I gained that alive feeling, that wonderful satisfaction of connection, of endorphins while still be solo.
Some other ideas include:
1. Taking up a sport or hobby which allows close contact with potential love partners. I do Latin, Ballroom dancing. This allows me to be in contact with others, gaining happy contact without a specific relationship.
I imagine taking up any sport of hobby where you are interacting with potential love partners would be equally fulfilling. Tennis? Co-ed bowling? Walking club?
I think it needs to be something where energy is exchanged. So if you are not an athletic type, you might be able to get that energy exchange from a discussion group, a writer’s club, a poker player class, or maybe even a comedy improve group.
2. Plan things you love to do during times you would normally be with your relationship. This will allow you to feel happy despite not having a relationship.
Do not sit home alone on the weekends. Instead plan to do things with yourself or others you find fulfilling and fun regardless if you are with a love interest or not.
3. Go deep. Develop yourself. I have a friend who likes to dance, but never takes a lesson. She likes to learn, but never reads a book. Without a relationship she is never happy, obsessed with finding one she is.
Unfortunately, she has had about 1 to 3 romantic relationships every year I know her. They come and go like trains in and out of a station.
The deeper you go in learning, living and loving the more magnetic you become to life. A fulfilled person attracts happiness. Very simple.
Make your life exciting and it will be. Then one day as you are throwing out the garbage you will meet your new love unexpectedly, at the dumpster. You’ll be wearing your slippers with your hair all messed up, but the night sky will inspire you to comment to the new neighbor there beside you.
A passionate conversation will ensue about the north star this time of year. Be passionate and you will attract passion. Be happy and you will attract happiness.
Suffering is for those who choose to live on the surface. Dig deep into yourself and happiness will be emerge.
Channeling on How to Be Happy Alone
Dear Spirit Guides what is your advice to be happy even if a person is alone?
It is not hard or difficult to be happy. It is difficult to be sad. It takes far more energy to wear a frown than to smile. Try it and you will see.
So our first idea about being happy is to act happy. Then happiness follows.
It can start with a smile, then continue with posture, and before you know it a song from you mouth will slip through.
Happiness is as happiness does.
Dream about your future. Sing about your life. Be happy in the moment of now, the action of now. Sing. Dance, Play.
Listen to yourself more. Give yourself what you want as best you can from your existing circumstances.
Each time you do not hear yourself call out for help or something you desire, you are ignoring your soul. Ignoring yourself and what you want can provide a breeding ground for despair.
So it is extremely important to hear yourself and then make plans for how your dreams will be fulfilled.
Being happy alone is a matter of listening to self and then carrying out steps to bring solution to that which you desire.
Happiness alone is desire fulfilled.
Be happy alone by becoming who your soul wants you to be. Listen to your heart. Make plans to live in accordance with that which you desire starting today.
So if you feel unhappy alone it is because you are not hearing and fulfilling yourself.
