Telekinesis For Manifesting: The Ultimate “Mind Over Matter” Gym

Telekinesis will “train” your mind to have “mind over matter” manifesting skill.  It develops your ability to relax deeply, remain focused, intensely concentrate and belief deeply.

Steps:

1.       Prepare a simple exercise to use after you have meditated.

a.       Paper clip pendulum.  For example you can hang a paper clip off a piece of thread to create a light pendulum.

b.      Aluminum foil “bowl” on water.  Another set up could be aluminum foil shaped into a small round “bowl” sitting in a body of water.

2.       Prepare by meditation or self hypnosis for 15 minutes minimum.  See the page on this site about Theta Trance for ways to induce a trance state.

3.       Believe.  Visualize yourself moving the object in question as part of your meditation.

4.       How do you feel?  Make a note of how you feel as you watch the object moving due to your mental influence.  Imagine how happy, playful and light you will feel as that object moves about.

5.       Now “move” it.  Open your eyes.  Move your hands close to the object you want to move.

6.       Imagine there is an energy field in your hands which extends to move the object.

7.       Stay relaxed and “playful” about it.

8.       It will take months of training to get successful at this.

9.       It is not recommended to do this for longer than 10 to 15 minutes at a time for you will burn out, get tired and not be playful.

10.   This is an excellent warm-up exercise for training your mind to create a new reality in your life (ie manifest) using Remote Influence.
