Spiritual Message for Hope. Today I awoke feeling different than I have in many months. I saw how my life had changed.

At these times I reflect, “Isn’t it strange how life can change without my doing anything? It is as if I live in a great ocean of shifting currents.”

“Sometimes I feel the current is rough, against me. Like I am are fighting everything. I feel like I am going to be pulled under the water and drowned, so rough it is.”

“At other times I feel how circumstances flow with such magic, I feel like I am being supported by a gentle, warm and nurturing current of pleasure, delight and awe.”

    The Same World, A Different Experience – Spiritual Message for Hope

    What did I learn from this? Did I change? Did the world change? Did anything change? Do I have any control over what changes?

    From this reflection I have concluded nothing changed. Life offers us experiences. It is how we handle them that changes.

    How to Handle Changes In Experience

    When confronted with negative experiences I tell myself (when I remember to do so), “this is temporary, soon things will change.”

    And they do.

    The circumstances before me that seem insurmountable evaporate. Everything is great again.

    Problems I have been trying to resolve for years, erase themselves. They become the fodder of new experiences that are so good, I call them magical.

    My takeaway from this is to take each challenge as an opportunity to flow into magic. I use each problem as a step towards new prosperity, magic and flow.

    This world called earth is a magical place, not fixed, not static and certainly not friend or foe.

    Earth just is. Earth is the blanket canvas of energy.

    It is we who change.

    An Experience of Change

    Those of you who know me, understand I have spinal issues.

    A couple of years ago, after working on erasing a scoliosis curvature with divinely inspired physical therapy, I almost had totally reversed it.

    I was so delighted! I stood tall and straight!

    However, I was on a cruise ship on Halloween 2021. After turning quickly in the shower, I lost my balance and fell on my left rib cage so heavily, I broke several ribs in several places.

    This brought back the scoliosis with such ferocity I thought I would never be able to straighten it again.

    Isn’t it strange this happened on Halloween? I do believe there is a spiritual aspect of why it happened on that date, however, I will get into that another time.

    The scoliosis is straightening somewhat again, with divinely inspired physical therapy and setting manifesting intention that it be healed. More on that below.

    When things get wonderful, when I see circumstances I have been trying to manifest for years suddenly come to me, I realize, setting intention works!

    I realize what I wanted to manifest was indeed set into action. This encourages me to get more involved with setting intentions and reviewing them daily.

    This is how I change.

    Manifesting intentions is the process of consciously bringing your desires into reality through focused thought, belief, and inspired action.

    While it’s often associated with the Law of Attraction, manifestation is more than just wishful thinking; it involves aligning your mindset, emotions, and actions to co-create the life you desire.

    Here’s how you can begin manifesting your intentions with clarity and purpose.

    1. Set Clear and Specific Intentions

    The first step to manifestation is defining exactly what you want. Vague or generalized desires like “I want to be happy” or “I want more money” are less likely to produce results. Instead, focus on precise, actionable goals.

    For example, instead of saying “I want more money,” say “I want to earn an additional $5,000 in the next three months through my freelance work.” Specificity helps direct your energy and focus.

    Write your intention down, as this act of putting it on paper solidifies your commitment and makes it more tangible. Also, consider framing your intention in a positive way—what you want to bring into your life, rather than what you want to avoid.

    2. Align Your Thoughts and Beliefs

    Manifestation requires more than just setting an intention; it involves truly believing you deserve what you desire. If your internal dialogue contradicts your intention (for example, if you want a new job but constantly think “I’ll never find a good job” or “I’m not qualified”), it creates resistance.

    Therefore, it’s important to work on shifting any negative beliefs or doubts.

    You can do this by practicing positive affirmations, which are short, positive statements that challenge limiting beliefs. For example, “I am worthy of success,” “I am capable of achieving my goals,” or “The right opportunity is already on its way to me.”

    3. Visualize Your Desired Outcome

    Visualization is one of the most powerful tools for manifestation. Spend time each day imagining yourself living the reality you wish to create. Close your eyes and vividly picture the details of your success—how it feels, what you see, and even what you hear.

    The more real and emotionally charged the visualization, the stronger the signal you send to the universe.

    Create a vision board filled with images and words that represent your desires. This visual representation serves as a reminder of your goals and helps keep your focus clear.

    4. Embody the Feelings of Your Desire

    Feelings play a critical role in manifestation. The law of attraction teaches that you attract what you emit. If you’re feeling abundant, joyful, and confident, you send out positive vibrations that align with your intentions.

    Practice feeling the emotions you would experience once your desire is fulfilled. For instance, if you are manifesting a loving relationship, cultivate feelings of love and appreciation in your life right now.

    By embodying the emotional state of having already received your intention, you create a resonance with your desire that helps draw it closer.

    While thinking positively and visualizing are crucial, manifestation also requires taking action. This doesn’t mean you need to hustle or work tirelessly, but rather that you remain open to inspiration and act when opportunities arise.

    Inspired action is about aligning your actions with the energy of your intention, staying open to the guidance that comes through intuitive insights, and acting on those nudges when they occur.

    6. Trust the Process and Let Go

    One of the most important steps in manifestation is trusting that the universe will respond to your intention in the right way and at the right time. This requires surrendering control and letting go of attachment to the outcome.

    Trust that what is meant for you will come in the best way possible, even if it doesn’t appear exactly as you imagined.

    When you release resistance and expectations, you make space for your manifestation to unfold naturally.

    Manifesting intentions is a powerful practice that involves setting clear goals, shifting your beliefs, visualizing success, cultivating positive emotions, and taking aligned action. By staying focused, trusting the process, and remaining patient, you can turn your dreams into reality.

    Keep in mind that manifestation is not just about achieving goals; it’s about creating a life that aligns with your true desires and purpose.
