How do your radiant health habits effect your psychic abilities?

The raw truth of the matter is that what you ingest affects more than your weight and health.  It affects your psychic abilities.

Being led, I began to pay more attention to the relationship between what I was eating and what I was receiving as a psychic.  There seemed to be a pattern.

Eat a raw salad with organic nuts and seeds for dinner.  Next day psychic ability jet clear.

Eat a heavy meal of fatty meat, lots of simple carbohydrates and a keg of wine.  Next day a struggle to get a simple psychic message out.

(I’m exaggerating a little, but you get the idea.  :)

My diet was mostly the latter for a while.  I had been traveling through a traumatic transformation, which had commandeered my attention.

Emerged in this conscious-less ingestion cycle my body began to rapidly show signs of deterioration and ill health.

My skin was wrinkling on face and body.  I had facial break outs.  My eyebrows were in a permanent furrow, the hairs unruly and wiry.   I had to trim, tweeze and tame them in a way I never had to before.

I noticed a wart growing on my chest.  I never had that before.  When someone else pointed IT out to me, I realized my entire body had become a fertile garden for them, as if nature were readying me for the ground.  What the heck was happening?

My belly bulged.  My clothing hugged in places I care not to remember.  It was an ugly, scene.  Just writing about this makes me reel.

Was this middle age or a redeemable phase?

As I became aware that my body was no longer svelte, but rather a cosmic melt down of what I once was, I began to pay attention, become more aware, of what was mindlessly going down my throat into my cells. As I reviewed this process, I realized.

I was treating my body like a nervous receptacle for food chatter.  Anything and everything that crossed my fancy was going mindlessly into my mouth, finding a new home on my miraculously multiplying thighs.

Oh boy!

So as I recognized these events, made note of them and realized  I WAS THE CAUSE not the victim, I made a decision.

EAT CONSCIOUSLY.

As I began to eat with awareness, I started to remember the habits of my former slinky self.

Habit one.  Eat real food, not shakes, meal substitutes or frozen diet meals.

Habit two.  Eat lots of green leafy vegetables and some fruit.

Habit three.  Eat lean.  Eat high quality lean protein in moderation.  Ingest healthy fats and oils in moderation, otherwise no or low fat.

Habit four.   Drink lots of pure, filtered water, limit alcohol and caffeine.  No soft drinks, or other chemically concocted beverages.

Habit five.  Eat complex carbohydrates (ex. whole grain) and in moderation.   A complex carb kept me satiated for hours.

Habit Six.  Eat in joy.  Make eating an enjoyable and natural part of life, not something to be feared, avoided or shunned because I wanted to lose weight.

Habit Seven:  Stop eating when I felt full.  (This requires mindfulness.)

Habit Eight:  Get out and exercise, sweat and have fun!   Every day I worked out for at least an hour, but a work out can be fun like dance, biking or walking along the beach!  Hey, what a concept have fun and enjoy your weight loss experience?!!!

Psychic Skills Increased

As I began to be more mindful in the care of my body, my psychic skills seemed to become more mindful of me.  For example, I started to get details from the Other Side that made my draw drop.

During a recent discernment a sitter’s father said through me, “Our family was blue blood.”

The sitter said, “No we’re not.”

Her father insisted a few times more.  Then he finally explained why.

“Yes we are.  We were original settlers in the west, and we intermarried with Indians.”

Then he flashed before me the picture of an Indian Chief in full head dress, indicating his blue blood.

The sitter’s father continued, “We married individuals in the Chief’s family, making us blue blood.”

The sitter and I sat there with our jaws dropping.  “Yes,” she said, “that is true.”

As my skin became radiant so did my soul.  As my clothes began to fit fluidly over my frame, my psychic radiance flew forward.

What I realized is spirit uses your physical vehicle to receive the messages.  If your mind is all cloudy, confused and foggy from inappropriate body habits, your reception of clear messages will follow suit.

I love feeling strong, alert and alive as my waist band slides around my middle.  I love speaking to spirit and bringing in clear messages.
