1. LEARN the goal and block.
• Breathe in a LEARN oil to reveal your goal.
• Take a meditation.
• Now set a goal for yourself. A goal is quantified desire, set in the now, with a deliverable time frame to it.
• Use pendulum to see how you feel about reaching this goal. Clockwise means you are already there. Counterclockwise means you need to do Chakaroma on it.
• Ask yourself for a number from 1 to 7 which represents your blocked Chakra. Whatever you get is correct. Do not second guess this!

2. OPEN healing. Your soul is healing you with these steps!
• Enter the BLOCK, fully exploring it, its pain and circumstance.
• Breathe in one of LET GO oils.
• Look for a shift emotionally from pain to peace.
• Look for new ideas beginning to emerge, steps you can take, attitudes you can adopt, new beliefs you are forming.
• Now channel in the correct color for that chakra and the affirmation for that chakra.
• Channel any other affirmative prayer that comes into your mind. Whatever you get is correct.
• Pendulum Check. Use pendulum now to see if your block is cleared. Clockwise rotation means it is. Go to the VISION step. (NOTE: If you do not have a pendulum then simply ask yourself if the block is cleared. Whatever you get is correct. Do not overthink this.)
• Any other movement means it is not and you need to go back to step 1 and do all the steps to here again, this time changing the oil used.
3. VISION your desire.
• Create an affirmation of what you want. An affirmation is set in the now as a general statement of what you want.
• Stand in a power pose that makes you feel powerful like Wonder Woman or Mountain Pose from Yoga or Open Arms, etc.
• Smell one of the VISION oils. Then say your affirmation aloud for 2 minutes.
