Bliss Secrets: Improve Your Self Esteem and Raise Your Vibration

Bliss is a choice. If you choose it your self esteem will skyrocket as will your miracle vibration.

Ways to Feel Great and Ascend to Miracle Frequency

  1. Give up the toxic stuff.  Pay attention to how you feel and what you do after you ingest alcohol, drugs, unhealthy foods, or other toxic substances.  If you need help, get it.  The more you live in a blissful zone the more bliss you will attract.
  2. Sweat.  Enjoy the grounding of heart pounding physical exercise.  Do something you love to do, like running, swimming, walking, cycling, weight training, boxing or dancing and so on.  Your endorphins will increase, creating a healthy feeling of well-being and happiness.  When you exercise self care you give yourself the message, you matter.  Your body will feel good as it becomes healthier, leaner and lighter.  We all have some choice in what we do with our time.  Why not add something healthy like physical activity into your life?  So simple.

  3. Do what you love to do.  Take inventory of what you love to do and add it into your life on a regular basis.  If you love to dance, take dance classes.  If you enjoy the movies go to the movies more often or learn about film making.  Think of this.  You have the freedom to add what you love into your life.  Doesn’t that already make you feel good?
  4. Clean your house.  Get the toothpaste out of the sink.  Make your bed in the morning.  Dust and clean out your closets.  A messy house, overloaded closets and unfinished tasks zap your energy, make you feel low and detract from good feelings.
  5. Take care of business.  End the procrastinating.  Finish what you started.  When I replaced a missing tooth in my mouth, I felt wonderful.  My energy rose as did my self esteem.  Do you have tax returns that need to be filed and you have not?  What is it that you know is not getting done but needs to be?  When you “just do it,” your energy rises, you feel great, lighter and free.
  6. Beautify your living space.  Do you live in a place that makes you feel low every time to enter it?  Look around.  What can you change in your space to make it more beautiful?  Even if you do little things like keep it immaculate and bring home flowers every day, you will be raising your level of joy, self-esteem and vibration.
  7. Stop “shoulding” on yourself.  Find out who you are and be the best at that you can be.    So much simpler, more productive and constructive.  What makes you different and unique?  Who says you should be like anyone else?  Be playful about who you are.  Rejoice in it.  Celebrate it.  Self-talk such as, “I have short stocky legs which are great for strength and standing for long periods of time” is much more constructive and fun than, “I wish I had long, dancer legs like my friend Lenore from college.”  Use your inner genius to find what’s wonderful in your uniqueness.  You will feel great when you do!
  8. Drop the droopy duds.  Do you have friends that drain your energy, are critical of themselves and you?  Replace them with fun, positive people.  This is not meant to be mean or callous, but you actually do have a choice about who you spend your time with, who are constructive with you and themselves.  This is such a simple idea.  Choose to spend time with the positive people who smile at you and reflect the positive.
  9. Get a visual make over!  Yes!  Another thing you can choose to look and feel great or you can neglect your external shell.  When you look good, you feel good.  When you feel good, you attract good.  You tell yourself you matter!  Buy yourself some new clothes.  Get a new haircut, manicure and pedicure.

  10. Get your body in order.  Do you feel sluggish all the time?  Are you carrying extra weight on your frame?  Do you eat the right foods.  Why not improve your diet and what you ingest?  If you eat toxic foods, like soda and candy on a regular basis, your subconscious gets the message, “You are garbage too.”  If you eat low vibration, low nutritionally complete foods, you are telling yourself you do not matter.  You feeling of bliss is acutely related to what you ingest both from a psychological as well as a physical perspective.  Eat right, take food based high quality nutritional supplements, get enough rest, stay out of the sun, drink plenty of good quality water and so on.
  11. Improve your mood.  If you feel depressed and have done a lot of what is suggested above, you might want to look into nutritional supplements or natural ways to improve your mood.  There are plenty of ways to improve your body chemistry and vibration so you feel good.  Aromatherapy, bach flower remedy, B-complex vitamins.  Do a little research online or speak to someone knowledgeable on this subject, perhaps a Naturopathic Physician or nutritionist for guidance.  There is so much you can do to improve your brain chemistry.  Why tolerate feeling off center?
  12. Give love, get love.  You do not have to have a significant intimate relationship to experience love in your life.  Cultivate your friendships.  Give to others something you do well that is nurturing to them.  For example, if you cook well, invite people to your home to eat a home cooked meal or bring it to them.  If you dance well, teach others how to dance.   Soon you will be surrounded by those that want to give back.  If you give love, you will receive love.  This is the spiritual law of reciprocity.  You do not have to be lonely.
  13. Meditate.  Why is it so hard to spend quiet time alone enjoying quiet, peace and tranquility?  Don’t you feel you deserve it?   When you settle down to peace, you will raise your level of bliss, and attract more of it.  Take a class in meditation or go to youtube.com and watch a blissful meditation right now.
  14. Do guided meditations.  If you want to attract something you need to feed your mind images of your desire.  Take time to visualize or daydream your deepest heart felt desires.  Activate the magnetic Law of Desire.  You will find little miracles will present to you daily.
  15. Manifest from love, not fear.  Get in touch with what you really want in your life and not from fear.  Fear evidences as trying to please other to be what they say is right or desirable.  Do you really want a million dollars or do you want freedom and time to do your art work?  When you work from what you really want you activate profound spiritual resources to support and guide you.
