Go into a deep meditation to begin.
See the person you would like a healing with standing three feet away from you
Imagine you are holding in your hands a beautiful heart made of transparent pink light. It is about two feet wide and two feet high.
Surrounding this heart is a flame.
Take the heart and release it into the chest of the person standing in front of you.
Imagine the pink light of Christ Consciousness love is being completely absorbed into their chest.
