MY STORY: Being naturally drawn to medical subjects, psychically aware of them, I sought to gain a credential in healthcare and nutrition. I got a L.E.A.N. Health Coach Certification from Dr. Bill Sears.
This education made me aware of how inflammation is the cause of weight gain, especially around the mid section and is the precursor of disease! When you enter menopause and do not take special care to reduce your inflammation and waist line, you will find disease will quickly follow suit.
When I followed an anti-inflammatory way of eating, I suddenly lost 15 ugly pounds of excess bloat on my body including belly bloat and under eye puffiness. See picture at right of me.
An anti-inflammatory way of eating includes a diet based on fruits, vegetables and whole grains, legumes, beans, nuts, seeds. These foods are the main course, while wild fish, free range fowl, and grass fed meat, would be a garnish to the plate.
When I eat this way the weight effortlessly slips off my form, revealing a vibrant, glowing and more youthful me.
It is not just a matter of appearance, which is extremely important for our self esteem as we get older, but as well, it is a matter of living a longer, more high quality existence.

- Love. You will be more attractive to others. You will appear like you take care of yourself, love yourself, thus attracting love back towards you. In the world of vibration, like attracts like.
- Energy. When a body is detoxed, when inflammation is reduced in the form, your will glow inside and outside. Your body will be at a higher vibration and energy level.
- Longer Life. Less bloat in the midsection. One of the most significant markers of disease is a thick waist. Every excess inch on your midsection indicates one year less longevity! Menopause seems to naturally thicken the waist line.
- Healthier. All diseases come from inflammation in the body. Doctors can “see” you are pre-diabetic when you are over weight. As a medium, when I see a soul in spirit reveal a body that was heavier, I can almost assume they had blood sugar issues.
