Many people over complicate healing. There is this and that healing modality.
However, I have found all healing and manifesting is the same at the root level. All healing is setting intention when in an altered state of consciousness.
Setting intention needs to be done in as focused and concentrated a fashion as possible.
The altered state of consciousness is Theta brain wave state. This can be done very easily with a meditation audio. Here is a great one by Steve Halpern, highly rated. The picture is so gorgeous I just had to include it here.
If you want to magnify or augment your intention setting many have thought crystals are the way to go. I personally have been exposed to crystals during a Shamanic Healing session for a friend of mine.
She felt nothing, but I almost fell off my chair.
This to me means something is happening when a crystal is added to an intention. It magnifies and amplifies its affect on reality, thus creating greater success in a healing session.
