DIGITAL VISION BOARD: How to Create A DIGITAL DIGITAL VISION BOARD (aka Treasure Maps).

Are you interested in creating a new goal or desire in your life? A vision board can help you co-create your new reality.

To many it may seem rather basic, but it is the basic stuff that quite often we overlook.

Quantum psychics has postulated that the universe does not exist until we “observe” it. What does this mean in layman’s terms?

It means that we create the reality we experience.

If you do not believe me think about your life.

Think about a repeating pattern you have in your life. It can be about love, money or health.

How has this pattern repeated itself in your life?  We unconsciously choose to repeat a pattern simply because it is familiar, not because it is good.

Something being familiar is attracting.

Example. You were around parents that fought. In adulthood you find yourself repeating conflicting personal relationships because conflict is familiar to you.

It is only through extremely vigilant mental hygiene can you begin to create a new experience for yourself.

Using a vision board is such mental hygiene. It helps make a new chosen reality seem familiar to you. Once this happens your subconscious begins unconsciously choosing situations to support this reality.

Example. After realizing you were choosing love relationships that were conflicting, you decided to create a vision board which depicted harmonious love relationships.

As new people appeared in your life that demonstrated they had the ability to be in harmonious love relationships, you started selecting them because they began to feel familiar to you!

You might start choosing partners for love that came from homes that exhibited love and harmony, rather than choosing partners that came from homes where there was conflict.

So how do you create a vision board, now that you see how important having one is?

I create my vision board using images from www.pixabay.com that reflect my desired goals.

I paste them into Paint, a simple graphics package that comes with Windows. Apple has similar resources.

Over the images I place headlines reflecting my goals.

Then while listening to an audio like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJP6ZhQwUQ8&t=9992s I focus on my vision board for 15 minutes or so in quiet meditation.

Simple.
