WHAT CAN YOU DO TO FALL ASLEEP FAST – Accessing the SUBCONSCIOUS SECRET.   The secret dialogue between the conscious and subconscious provides a powerful way to fall asleep fast and heal the body.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SUBCONSCIOUS?  The easiest way to fall asleep fast is to use frequency meditations which unlock the vault of your autonomic nervous system (subconscious).  Your subconscious mind controls that which your conscious mind cannot.

I awoke this morning after a long, restful night of sleep without any essential oils, pills or drugs.

If you are anything like me, sleep had become more and more of a disappearing desire of the past, rather than an expected experience of the present.

I thought this a NORMAL casualty of aging as my father and older sister seemed to evidence this symptom as they got older.

However, as I began to question what was “normal,” a new belief began to emergy.  I began to discover something what I thought “normal” is not normal at all!

All those drugs we accept as needed to get results in our lives, well, err, they seem to be needed less and less than I thought.  Could this be a trend?

Our body is a FREE pharmacy!   I was taught this in my health certification training, but I thought it simply a platitude.

Of late, I am experiencing more and more how the body has full command of itself.

When you think about this, it makes sense.  The body created the problem, why can it not solve the same problem?

BREATHING to ACCESS SUBCONSCIOUS.

After learning about how deep abdominal breathing combined with setting intention can be a powerful tool for manifesting, healing, etc., I decided to try abdominal breathing combined with setting the intention to sleep.

I, as well, eliminated any essential oils which I had daily used to help me sleep.  I wanted to see if I could sleep simply by combining intention with breath.

It worked until one night about two weeks ago, it did not work.  I awoke suddenly and started flailing around my bed restlessly entering into what I thought to be another night of no sleep!

Well, that did happen.

BUT the next time it happened about a week later I had a thought.   (Ah, that pesky thing called intuition.  IT IS SO POWERFUL!)

My thought was to try to stretch.  I had read somewhere that certain yoga poses were useful for sleep, so I decided to try a simple stretch.

MOVEMENT to ACCESS SUBCONSCIOUS.

In this case you are accessing the subconscious through movement, another powerful way to intercept the mind body connection!

Standing upright I stretched to the sky then bent forward with knees unlocked, allowint myself to hang, rocking back and forth.

I did this one more time counting to ten in each pose.

When I got back into bed, I felt so relaxed, like whatever tension was in my body had suddenly gotten released.  I relaxed immediately into a deep, lasting sleep for the rest of the night!

So what have we here?

  1. Accessing the subconscious to set intention with abdominal breathing.
  2. Using stretching movement to access the subconscious to relax and remove tension in the body.
  3. Other benefits.
    1. CLEAR HEAD, CLEAR MIND, RESTED FEEL.  Feeling much more rested after a natural sleep vs. a drug (essential oils are a drug too) inspired one.
    2. DREAMS.  I began to have full recall of all dreams!  Interesting.  Dreams are very helpful for healing issues in your life.  To not remember a dream, is to remove one of your most potent self healing tools!

IMMUNE SYSTEM

I have continued to use abdominal breathing with setting immune system intention.  I wrote about this before, but yesterday I continued this experiment.

As I felt I was getting a cold again, I relaxed into several rounds of deep abdominal breathing and setting intention right into the abdomen to activate my immune system.

I breathed from the abdomen, then while holding the breath I said slowly into my groin and abdomen, “IMMUNE!  IMMUNE!  IMMUNE!”

I then fully exhaled.

I did this three or four more times until I felt it had taken effect.  This is subjective.

Later that day I noticed how the feeling of getting a cold had subsided.  This is the second time I have used this technique to fight an oncoming cold or flu.

I was able to do this without gargling with salt and water and spraying my throat with Colloidal Silver.

I was able to fight the cold with intention and breath instead.

Interesting.

Could it really be that if the body created the illness the body can heal it too?

I defer to your judgement on this.

CHANNELING FROM THE ONES ON BODY AND HEALING

Dear Spirit Guides can the body really completely and fully heal itself through thought projection into the subconscious, replacing all drugs we normally take to do the healing for us?

We know that colloidal silver has healing properties but so does the body.  Releasing or accessing the healing into the body is a subconscious job.  All healing starts at the subconscious level, not the conscious level.

If you want to heal yourself, learn how to access the secret dialogue between the mind and the body using the subconscious.

Many on earth do not want to access the subconscious for anything, healing included.  They handle problems on the surface without any inclusion of the many aspects of self that we as your soul guides can see.

When the body is inflamed emotionally the body will inflame physically.  Both inflammations can be reset by using the subconscious.

So the next time you get sick, or feel you are getting sick access the instructions to the body through the subconscious.  Say to it “Hello I am here.  I want to heal.  Heal me.”

It will dutifully change its instructions to the body according to your instructions.

You do not have to heal the emotional cause of the problem!

All you need to do is reset the instructions.

We do not recommend bothering in changing where the instruction came from.

Because the problem could already have been cleared.

It is the instruction that needs to be reset, the instruction your subconscious originally signaled to your body.

This instruction is the only thing you need to reset so healing can happen.

If the emotional situation is still in play then that can be reset too using this same process or another healing process of your choosing like therapy, hypnosis and/or energy healing.

More often than not, however, the emotions that triggered the problem have been cleared, and the instruction from the problem still persists.

The healing is to change the instruction.

Rather than spend years in therapy trying to understand WHY you react a certain way in life, simply spend time rewriting your reaction.
