MEDICAL INTUITIVE: CELLULITE.
This article provides answers the question, “How to get rid of cellulite naturally,” with information I received intuitively and products I used to address.
The first approach is symptom oriented. The second is causal.
REMOVING SYMPTOMS
I was sitting on the couch alone on a Saturday night watching the second of two low budget sci fi movies I found on YouTube.com. (Apparently there are a lot of great movies there for free!)
All of a sudden I had an intuitive hit about how to get rid of cellulite naturally on my thighs. Of late, I had been noticing how much cellulite I had there.
When I was younger, my thighs were naturally very smooth.
But now, even though I ate the healthiest diet I could find, and exercised every day, my thighs seemed to be melting into a cellulite mess before me.
Hey, I will try anything, rather than just give up, thinking I am old and it is all over!
So, when I suddenly had a psychic vision of some sort of oil that could be applied to the thigh, would seep into the cells, dissolving and removing the fat I was motivated.
I went immediately to my computer calling up Amazon.com, my favorite place for research on products.
Lo and behold! As soon as I searched for this type of product I found a series of them, all of which claiming to seep into the skin, dissolve the fat and remove it!
If that is not an intuitive hit, I do not know what is!
Besides finding the right oil, I also found a great massage brush which I will place below.

CAUSE OF CELLULITE
As I was writing this article I had another intuitive hit. I heard in my head that hormones in the body create cellulite. If you have a condition called Estrogen Dominance you will probably have cellulite.
Estrogen dominance is very common after menopause, which I am. But it can happen at any age. It means that the ratio of estrogen to progesterone is not optimal. You have too much estrogen relative to the progesterone you have in your body.
This past week, I had a feeling to stop taking a phyto-estrogenic herb I was taking in an effort to clear up my skin. I have been having facial breakouts and estrogen dominance could be behind that.
I am still taking Vitex, Chasteberry Tree, herb to balance my progesterone to estrogen ratio.
As soon as I stopped the extra phytoestrogen I felt a relief going through my body, like I was saying to myself, “Ahhhh, what a relief!”
Yes, I am sensitive!
My skin is still breaking out, but am trying some other things for that.
Today after receiving the hit that estrogen dominance creates cellulite in the body, I immediately did a bit of research on it.
All results confirmed my suspicion. Too much estrogen to progesterone will create cellulite.
Here is a quote from Dr. Lionel Bissoon, “You can’t separate the diet or the hormones out of it because the women who have cellulite tend to have estrogen dominance, and the more estrogen you have, the more fat you make.” More about this at this link HERE.
I used to believe in hormone replacement therapy if it was bioidentical and natural, but have come to realize that you want to stimulate your body to balance the hormones rather than add the hormones into your body with a compound pharmaceutical of some sort.
So I take Vitex, Chasteberry Tree herbs. They work to get the body to work correctly.
Here is what I take to balance my hormones. I take about 1800 mg a day, which is two of these capsules. It is natural way to get rid of cellulite, I assume. I will find out soon.
Here is Vitex Chasteberry 400mg Capsules.
Good luck in getting rid of your cellulite naturally.
This is more than a cosmetic issue. It, as well, is a health issue, as the underlying cause of it, namely estrogen dominance, is significant precursor to many other serious health problems starting with uterine fibroids and even breast cancer!
Hi Emily. I fixed links in the article to point to two products that got good reviews. In the past I ordered similar products, but do not have the links to them anymore. If I were shopping for this type of product today I would go with the ones I linked in the article now. Hope this helps. Laura
Hi! The links to the oil & massage brush you ordered aren’t working. Would you mind sharing here? Thanks :)
Hi Elsie. I still use Vitex. I would suggest you check with your licensed medical professional before taking anything. Hormones can be very complicated. Thanks for sharing. Laura
Wow! This is really interesting! I just found your site, while researching natural progesterone and I have to tell you, we are on the same page! For one thing, I also get intuitive “hits” about health stuff! Sometimes they are very specific too. I am anxious to try all three of the products you linked here. How have they been working for you? I am thinking of getting the vitex you’re using today! If you can, let me know!
