My Story Using Chakras to Heal Anxiety

I would call anxiety a block to achieving a goal in life. I usually notice I have a block when I experience anxiety around a particular goal or topic.

One goal I had was around money and finance. It is a karmic issue planned for this lifetime.

I know this because I have a health issue at the lowest part of my spine. This is called spondylisthesis. The lowest vertebrae of my spine was slipping off my coccyx bone.

I say “was” because I have been working on healing this physical issue for many years using traditional modalities like physical therapy combined with metaphysical ones like chakra healing.

The last time my back acted up I heard a voice in my head say to me, “You have a systemic financial block. No matter what your financial situation, you still feel insecure.”

It is interesting to note, that I was born on the astrological cusp of Cancer to Leo. I am actually zero degrees Cancer, meaning one more degree and I would have been Leo.

But my soul had planned for me to be born in the sign of Cancer, a sign which always has underpinnings of feeling insecure. This anxiety could be about anything.

In my case, it is/was in the area of financial security.

The last time my back acted up, I received an MRI. I had not had one in 25 years.

Lo and behold!

The doctor who read it for me said, “That is rather strange. Your lowest vertebrae is fused to your coccyx bone. You do not have spondylisthesis. [any longer]”

Wow, was I shocked.

Part of the therapy I did on myself to help heal this health problem was working with my chakras.

Chakras are seven energy centers that are believed to be aligned along the spine. Each chakra is associated with specific qualities, colors, and aspects of life.   1. Root Chakra (Muladhara): The root chakra is associated with our basic needs, stability, and security. Imbalances in this chakra can lead to feelings of insecurity, fear, and restlessness.

How I Use Chakras to Help Heal Anxiety or Remove Blocks

When I am in a client session, I am in a light trance. This allows me to “see” the emotional energy systems in your body lodged in your Chakras.

It is interesting to note, I did not care nor believe in Chakras when spirit revealed this modality to me.

It was during a few client sessions I was gently led to “see” how useful Chakras can be to remove blocks and heal.

Here is how it began and is done.

Blocks appear as colors.

If I saw the color green in the root Chakra, I knew this client felt a scarcity in feeling loved this life time. The root Chakra will reveal scarcity issues.

I will not go into details about this, but when I would say this to my client during trance session, I would then “see” how and when it happened.

As I delivered these messages to my client they were able to release the block on a mental level. When we can “acknowledge” our blocks we begin releasing them.

Then, spirit (the Spiritual Guides), will lead me through an energy sequence steps to completely remove the blockage from the client.

I do not think spirit has ever been wrong in this process. Spirit is totally reliable in revealing and removing blocks if the client is ready.
