How to Become More Consciously Aware. Exploring your thoughts, feelings and viewpoint in a public forum can be very enlightening.
Evolve to a Higher Vibration of Joy
When you explore your ideas, viewpoint and point of view in a deliberate way, you offer yourself the chance to become more consciously aware.
It is through conscious awareness that you can evolve to a higher vibration of joy and happiness.
Another way to look at this is the following. It is very hard to get what you want if you do not know what you want.
So becoming more consciously aware of how you think, feel and see things is the beginning to getting what you want in life.
Unexpected Discovery About How to Become More Consciously Aware
This may sound obvious however I unexpectedly discovered that I had no idea what I felt about a certain subject.
I was attending a meditation group. This group started with a focus word. It was thrown into the group for our ideas and feedback about the word.
Sounds simple enough, however, as I tried to find my thoughts, attitude and opinions about this word, I realized I had a lot of strangling ideas leading in many directions.
The idea of delivering my thoughts to the group made me become ultra careful of what I said. I did not want to say anything inauthentic, silly or incorrect.
I found myself scurrying about my mental landscape to see what did I think and feel about this word. I have not forgotten the word. It was “trust.”
What Do You Think About “Trust”?
My mind went wild thinking of what I thought about trust. Do I trust others?
I thought, “Well ‘yes,’ and ‘no.'”
At first I realized I did not blindly trust others. However, I was not a wounded person who had trust issues.
Trust was such a loaded topic to deliver insight about. Within 30 seconds my mind had jumped down several deep rabbit holes, rushing back up for air.
Suddenly I realized I was mentally scurrying about without anything to show for it. I had no idea about what to say, except for a personal story.
I decided to share that story with the group. My story was amusing, but did not illustrate my ideas about trust.
Later I finally put it together.
I trust people to be who they are, not what I want them to be.
I Had Discovered How to Become More Consciously Aware
I felt like I had discovered something. The idea of asking yourself what you think about certain words, concepts and ideas in a public setting can be very revealing.
It can help you ‘see” yourself from the outside looking inward. At least it did for me.
I was so impressed with this new tool, I decided to create an event of my own around it. As I wrote up a description of the event my eyes glazed over as I went into a creative trance like state.
This led to another realization.
Accessing Your Chakras Can Help You Become More Consciously Aware
When you ask yourself what you think about a meaningful concept you are accessing your soul, your intuition and your truth. These are related to the Crown, Third Eye and Throat Chakras.
When you ask yourself what you think about certain subjects in a public forum, these 3 Chakras are accessed, clearing and removing blocks to connection to your soul, intuitive insight and finally communicating your truth.
These top 3 Chakras in turn will clear your lower five chakras, as “stuff” is brought to the surface.
Each time you do this you grow a little bit more in self awareness, a little more conscious. This is a very healing tool indeed.
FREE Soul Healing Mondays with Messages
This concept is so healing I have decided to use it in a Monday night FREE Soul Healing for Abundance Meditation & Messages ongoing event I will be doing online.
It will happen Mondays from 6 to 7pm Eastern United States time. I will start with a focus word meditation. This will be followed by sharing what you think or got about this word and then messages.
Would love to see you there. Details/RSVP HERE.
