How to get over a heartbreak fast. This is a holistic spiritual guide to healing a broken heart as fast as possible.
A client going through a very complicated heart break asked if I would provide some meditations to help her. I went a step further and came up with a more comprehensive guide to sooth her heartbreak and recover fast.
Here is what I wrote to her, but really these words are written for you too. There i no one on earth who has not experienced some form of loss so devastating the aftermath is agonizing.
What I Wrote to My Client About How to Get Over a Heartbreak Fast
“So sorry to hear you are heart broken. Your feelings are understandable after what you have been through.
I have provided below the meditations I chose for you and other ideas to complete your healing self care.
The audios are chosen because they heal automatically upon listening.
Best way to use these is with a stereo headset. If you do not have any, you can still listen because they are very soothing and healing anyway.
Other Ways to Compliment The Meditation to Get Over Heartbreak Fast
Before listening to any of these audios you can optionally add the following.
Soak a rose quartz or similar crystal (Do a Google search for “heart chakra crystals” ) in glass of water for 10 minutes (or as long as overnight). Drink the water, then lie down and listen to the meditations. On a daily basis wear the crystal near your heart.
Candle. I would also suggest if you have a pink candle to light it and say a prayer before listening to these audios.
Essential Oil for Heartbreak – Add an essential oil for broken heart to the candle and on your body. Do a Google Search for Essential oils for heartbrea. Use this link to find a list.
Where to find the candle, crystal and oils. Maybe Dollar Tree or Walmart can provide something reasonable until you can get exactly what you want online or in a Metaphysical store.
