My Story About How I Improved My Eyesight Naturally

About four months ago my eyesight had gotten so bad I could no longer sit at the computer and see anything. Everything was double.

I could no longer read the small print, could not thread a needle to make a simple garment repair and was not able to see the screen of my phone without the eyeglass cheaters.

As I sought an answer I began to use prayer, meditation and intention to be guided to a solution.

Mind you, I am pretty old now, so I guess I should have just accepted this was an aging thing. However, I am on an age reversal protocol, so I did not understand why my eyes were degrading so fast.

Finally I had an epiphany. I hypothesized that I needed to increase my muscles by increasing quality protein intake, resistance exercises, while decreasing sugars, starches and simple carbohydrates.

I changed from Vegan to Keto within a short time. This seemed to support muscle development, decrease inflammation and as well improved my overall energy and level of health.

When you have more muscle you aid the body in insulin resistance, thus lowering inflammation in the body.

Besides increasing the quality protein I took in I added resistance training to develop muscles in the body.
