Here is what happened to me.
I went out for an aerobic walk. On my walk I asked myself what is bothering me right now (checked in with my feelings).
Got an answer. I immediately created an exquisitely simple affirmation stating what I wanted in place of what was bothering me. “I AM Love, I AM secure.”
Then I repeated it during my walk over and over again like a mantra. I had no attachment to outcome.
Lo and behold! My phone rang during the walk as I chanted this affirmation. It was the person with whom I had the insecurity.
It worked like MAGIC!
We live in an intelligent universe. Nothing you say or do goes unnoticed. Learning how to work with this intelligence will bring you miracles as a daily experience.

Let go of what is bothering me by defining it,
Open the idea of what I want in its place. (Ex. Secure love.)
Vibrate higher by affirming this desire. (I AM love. I AM secure.)
Embrace the flow of whatever happens.
