LIMITLESS: Live To Be 100. Do you think you are limited by your DNA for longevity? Do you think you can live to be 100 and beyond with diet?
Recent centenarian research like The Blue Zones, demonstrates lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition have more to do with your longevity than DNA.
There mere fact the Blue Zones are located in disparate geographic locations establishes this point.
One of the things all of the Blue Zone populations have in common is the way they eat.
Their diet is primarily fresh, whole, organic plant based. They eat very little to no animal, fowl, fish, eggs or dairy.
Other studies show that whole food plant based (WFPB) diets create a longer, healthier lifespan. One of the first studies I became aware of on this is “The China Study,” by T. Colin Campbell and Thomas M. Campbell, III.
The movie,”Forks Over Knives,” refers to this study.
When I ate a Whole Foods Plant Based diet (WFPB) in the past, I felt great. I lost a boatload of weight, the puffiness in my face erased, my mood was up all the time.
Then I stopped for a while.
Now I am revisiting this because I just can’t eat meat, fish or fowl any longer. I don’t have the appetite for it. It actually disgusts me.
Perhaps the energies of the Ascension are calling me to be plant based again. I do believe if you are sensitive to this higher vibration it is difficult for you to eat denser energy foods any longer.
Your body changes into a lighter, more crystalline structure best sustained with higher vibration foods from plants.
Some documentaries succinctly portray the pathway to live to 100 or longer is by adopting a Whole Foods Plant Based diet. A few of noteworthy fame include, “Forks Over Knives,” and “Game Changers.”
There are a myriad of free documentaries on youtube.com and elsewhere which illustrate the benefits of eating this way, as well.

There are so many benefits to eating a Whole Food Plant Based diet, but my most favorite is what happened when I followed this way of eating in the past.
I am now revisiting this way of eating for the anti-aging, slenderizing and health benefits. I want to live to 100 or longer in the healthiest way I can.
When I ate this way before I noticed the bags under my eyes disappeared. I believe this was due to a lowering of inflammation in the body.
I felt like my entire body was operating at a more efficient level, vacuumed clean of toxins, flushed full of oxygen.
My pudgy stomach disappeared. I became lean so easily. I ate as much as I wanted so long as it was whole food, not processed, and plant based.
This type of diet opens up your micro-capillaries, the secret to live to 100.
Does a plant based diet lengthen the genetic code (telomeres) to accurately replicate cells?
The answer is YES, according to a research study published by the European Journal of Nutrition.
