Manifest Visualization

Manifest Visualization. Create your desired life by using mind movies, a way to enter the universal mind for manifestation.

Introduction – Manifest Visualization

A little while a go I wrote two articles on creating what you .desire by simply experiencing it mentally. This is called creative visualization.

The caveat of trying to visualize something you want to manifest is that YOU can get in the way. You can block “feeling” the outcome because you might not believe it is possible.

The very act of trying to visualize something you desire is that you might find it difficult to enter the desired reality without judgment during the mental exercise.

The two articles I wrote about this illustrated how manifest visualization works best by “living” it mentally.

How, then, can you get yourself out of the way during a manifest visualization? How can you enter this desired reality without feeling like you are forcing it, or “trying” to create it.

Article One. I reflected on how I created a tiny house, minimalist lifestyle, by simply watching videos on youtube about this. I watched the videos because I was fascinated by this life style.

I want not trying to manifest it.

Surprisingly enough. I did manifest it.

When we mentally experience .a condition we automatically create it. Manifest Visualization

The second article I wrote was about my friend who wanted to go on an expensive cruise in the Mediterranean this summer.

After exploring the cost, enjoying the thoughts around this, she hesitated to go alone on this cruise.

Instead of worry about that, she simply continued to enjoy visions of what it would be like to be on this cruise.

To her surprise one morning she woke up after having a dream about being offered a chance to go on the cruise she had been thinking about.

Later that day she ran into an old friend. He asked her to join him as his guest on his cruise to that part of the Mediterranean this summer!

If that is not proof the universe is listening to our every thought ready to create it then I do not know what is!

Finding a Way to Manifest Using Visualization

After these ideas came before me, I realized I would have to get a bit more deliberate about visualizing what I wanted, but in a way where I was simply enjoying something without ‘trying” to manifest it.

I stumbled upon various “mind movies” on youtube which help in this process. Here are two generic ones I would like to share.

How to Create Your Own Mind Move – Manifest Visualization

A mind movie is a visualization tool used for manifesting goals and desires. It involves creating a short video that combines images, affirmations, and music to represent the specific outcomes you want to achieve in your life.

The idea is to watch this video regularly to help visualize and internalize your goals, reinforcing positive thoughts and beliefs.

How to Create a Mind Movie

While you can watch some already made on youtube, you can make your own. Here are some guidelines to do so.

Identify Your Goals: Determine the specific goals or desires you want to manifest. These could be related to career, relationships, health, personal growth, or any other area of your life.

Collect Images and Videos: Gather pictures and video clips that represent your goals. These should evoke positive emotions and clearly depict what you want to achieve. For example, if you want to manifest a new house, include images of your dream home.

Write Affirmations: Create positive affirmations that support your goals. These should be in the present tense, as if you have already achieved what you desire. Examples include “I am successful in my career,” “I enjoy perfect health,” or “I am in a loving relationship.”

Choose Uplifting Music: Select a piece of music that inspires and energizes you. The right soundtrack can enhance the emotional impact of your mind movie.

Create the Video: Use video editing software or online tools to combine your images, affirmations, and music into a cohesive video. Arrange the elements in a way that feels inspiring and motivating to you.

Watch Regularly: View your mind movie daily, ideally in the morning or before bed. The repetition helps reinforce the visualization and affirmation process, making your goals feel more attainable.

Benefits of a Mind Movie

Enhanced Visualization: Watching a mind movie helps you visualize your goals more vividly and concretely, making them feel more real and achievable.

Positive Reinforcement: Regular exposure to positive images and affirmations can help reprogram your subconscious mind, promoting a more optimistic and goal-oriented mindset.

Emotional Engagement: The combination of visual, auditory, and emotional stimuli can make the manifesting process more engaging and powerful.

Increased Motivation: Seeing your goals represented in a dynamic and appealing way can boost your motivation and drive to take action towards achieving them.

Online Platforms: Websites and apps like Mind Movies, Canva, or Animoto offer tools specifically designed for creating visualization videos.

Effectiveness of Mind Movies

While scientific evidence on the effectiveness of mind movies specifically is limited, the underlying principles—visualization, positive affirmations, and emotional engagement—are supported by psychological research.

Visualization techniques have been shown to improve performance and goal attainment in various fields, including sports and personal development.

Ultimately, the success of a mind movie depends on the consistency of use, the emotional impact it has on the viewer, and the alignment of the viewer’s actions with their goals.
