Manifestation Techniques That Attract Like Magic. Adding a LIFE SCRIPT into your daily meditation practice produces results.
Today I received an email from a friend. She spoke about how she just had a shift in consciousness. She felt she had access to everything without having to seek it outside of herself.
This my dear friends, is the cornerstone of manifesting. The idea that you are IT before you have IT might sound like a conundrum, but truly is the hidden elixir of manifesting magic.
When we already embody the vibration of what we seek, the law of reciprocity draws in its physical counterpart.
This is immutable. You cannot change this law.
One of the simplest ways to get this “feeling” is to simply meditate. If you were to meditate on a daily basis you would become a lot calmer.
You would begin to feel connected to everyone and everything. You anxiety would dissipate.
You would begin to embody the vibration of the I AM. How cool is that?
This is what my friend had been doing when she realized what had happened. She felt her daily practice of meditation had brought her a new consciousness of connection.
Eckhart Tolle talks about this in, “The Power of Now,” one of the cornerstones of his work. This book illustrates how to move from feeling anxious to feeling centered in the now.
As I thought about what my friend has said I decided to engage in a manifestation technique I had used in the past with great success.
I call this technique Life Scripting.
I was living a life I wanted to change, working for a high powered technology company in the concrete jungle of Manhattan.
I had a goal and a dream.
My dream was to retire in the next five years, move to a warmer climate, with nature all around, an easier, slower paced lifestyle. I day dreamed about this place having a Latin American flavor, near the ocean.
My day dream included a husband.
Well, my dear friends all of this happened within the next five years!
How to Create and Use a Life Script
The easiest way to create a life script is to first:
- Make a juicy outline of everything you want in your life right now.
- These things should be things you feel are possible for you.
- You must feel worthy and deserving of them.
- When you have them you feel calm, centered and energized.
The next step is to write this outline into a story about a day in your desired life as if it is happening right now, complete with your feelings.
Be detailed and love every moment of it.
Now record this story in your own voice.
Listen to it every day during your meditation time.
Include Mindful Meditation to your day as well.
Do your mindful meditation before listening to your Life Script. This helps your subconscious ready itself to absorb the new reality you are planting in it.
