PAST LIFE REGRESSION: Who Was I in a Past Life And Why Should I Care?

Essentially a past life regression can help you release a block you have in this life.  Whether it is really a past life is not as relevant as your subconscious revealing a hidden block surrounding an issue in this life.

When we can “see” something by using the allegory of a past life, we can re-frame it in our memory so it is manageable to us.

For example, let’s say you are romantically drawn to soul mate, who confuses you, is non committal, and utterly toxic to your peace, sense of self and sense of worth.  This person undermines your self esteem, while at the same time makes you feel desired.

If you were able to experience a past life regression in a meditation you could glean something about this connection if you set it up properly.  It is important before you go into a past life memory, that you set up the objectives for its recall.

Dear Spirit Guides how can one heal using past lives? 

The past life is an interesting paradigm.  It is not relevant to simply incarnate.  There needs to be a reason to go from spirit to physical world and back to spirit.

We call this relevancy. 

Each soul wants to come back again at some time to explore a difficulty they have in their energy system from a different or unique perspective that can only be obtained in the dimension in which they choose to incarnate.

There are many places to incarnate, not only earth.  There are places where free will is highly lucky and fluid.  Where your dreams activate almost immediately causing you to learn lessons quickly about self esteem, what you want and what you get. 

This is the dimension of magic so to speak or a place where will and experience are highly entangled.

Then there is earth.  On earth dimension you do not get what you want as easily so those that come to earth dimension are here to learn how to let go of control so they can get what they want.

Getting what you want has a lot to do with self esteem and self love. 

When one can totally lose control over everything and anything that has to to with self aggrandizement for sake of love, one becomes whole in their own right.  They then love themselves.

We are of the dimension of love where self esteem and love are the same and all love themselves.

In other words all reincarnation has to do with self love.

The past life regression will help you learn how to love yourself more and more completely.

This is what past life recall is used for.  To learn to love yourself and manifest desires based on feeling worthy.
