SECRET TO HAPPINESS IS DETACHMENT
If you feel anxious, unhappy, disassociated from your self, you are disconnected from source.
Your response perhaps is, “What the heck does this mean? How do I get connected to source and why would I want to anyway?”
If you are running around, trying to fill your time up with little things just so you do not feel emptiness or do not have to deal with loss, you are what I call in a disassociated state.
A little while ago I did a reading for a lovely older lady. She had just become a widow about six months before.
Her first session with me was fine. I brought in her husband. Much evidence was produced.
But then she called again about 3 months later. Her husband, before I knew what was going on started going on about her keeping occupied with activities to keep herself busy.
SECRET TO HAPPINESS: If you try to keep busy so you do not feel anything this is a sign of being unhappy.
She was overly involving herself in her son’s life just so she would not have to feel alone.
This was all confirmed.
Then I asked why she had come for the session. Her husband said, “She had come for an update.”
She said that was true. She had not felt him since he had left earth, not one bit.
He had said he was trying to come in to visit with her but she just wasn’t noticing him. In particular he had entered her dreams, but she had not realized it.
She was disassociated from herself. The way she was doing it was by busying herself.
If you are disassociated from yourself besides being unhappy you will not be able to get messages from the spirit realm. You will be energetically blocked.
SECRET TO HAPPINESS: Be mindful.
As I was writing this article, I entered an altered state and in came the guides. They said,
“The road to peace and happiness is to stop busying yourself and learn how to be. In that meditative state you will get into touch first with your inner being, then your deeper being. That focused creative center many call God.
This is heavenly happiness and this is your wealth.
Start today with quiet time. Learn how to do mindful meditation.
With this you will find life becomes now, not later and your life is filled with bliss.
Amen.”
Ok, now. So go out and fill today with bliss.
