Instead of dealing with anger, unrest and discontent, addicts over eat, over consume or continue some other broken behavior.

One of the tell tale signs of a person who stuffs his or her feelings is addictive behavior. Addictive behavior is a sign you are broken from GOD (guidance, opportunities and destiny.)
