The more I channel the more I value it.  Over 30 years ago I had the extremely serendipitous synchronicity to meet a man who introduced me to a spiritual adviser who told me my guides wanted to come through to me.

“Huh?” I asked.  “What does that mean?”  In very broken English, with a heavy Spanish accent, he told me. 

“When you are in the mood, take a bath, lay out some rose petals, and ask your guides to come through.”

I did not wait.  As soon as I got home that day, I did not ask, I ordered, my spiritual guides to come through.   And oh what a surprise!

My head felt like someone pushed it back.  This voice boomed out from my throat using my vocal box, but it did not feel like I was driving this.  It felt like someone else was.

What was this?  This was my first experience beginning to channel.

Since then I have come to realize I was seeing spirit as a child but did not know what it was.  No wonder I was born into an eccentric family of artists, part Sicilian, very superstitious and adorable.  My mother spoke to spirit all the time!

She even did a few readings for Janet Jackson, which, by the way, I thought very funny until I started to become like her too.

Well, if you are smart, and I assume you are – or at least like to be entertained – you will quickly realize that if you can channel fluently you pretty much have access to all information ever known or will be known.  You have access to the Akasha, the Library or the Collective Unconscious, depending on your terminology.

You have access to know everything!  DING!  DING! DING!

Now who would NOT want to have this?  Some examples of this include the following.

1.  Yesterday I did a mediumship session for a young woman on my radio show.  She was crying because she had a health issue of which the doctors could not diagnose.  During her radio session, her aunt came through from spirit.  Her aunt told her she had hematoid arthritis.

I knew nothing about this.  Neither did my lovely radio caller.  But today she went to a cardiologist.  He said she had arthritis in her chest.  This, I think is hematoid arthritis or arthritis of the lining of the heart and/or the blood vessels.  (Yes there is such a thing.  I looked it up.)

2.  My sister wanted to know about a past life she had of relevance to her current one.  I went into a light trance and channeled a life time in which she was a Maian.  Spirit actually spelled it for me saying, it was NOT Mayan.  It was Maian.  This was a group of priestesses who lived in caves in Southern Italy and practiced healing using herbs.  I looked that up and indeed the Maians were an offshoot of the Gaians of Greece.  CONFIRMED!!!

3.  I asked spirit to help me sell my apartment during the real estate boom of early 2000s.  My spiritual guides brought in a woman who claimed to have sold real estate in southern Florida in the neighborhood I lived.  She told me that a man would be coming from up north in next few weeks who would pay an unprecedented amount of money for the property I owned.  I chickened out.  I thought I had lost my mind. 

Two months later.  I ran into my neighbor who was selling the same kind of apartment I had on my floor in my building at the same time I was.  She said she sold it to a man who came from up north for the exact amount of money I was told by the realtor I could get for my apartment.  UGH!
