? Purpose: Silence mental noise, hear your Inner Voice, and enter deep presence.

How to practice:

  1. Sit comfortably with a straight spine.
  2. Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
  3. Let thoughts (including doubts) pass like clouds—don’t engage with them.
  4. Rest in awareness, knowing that everything is unfolding perfectly.

? Result: Your mind becomes still, and you begin to access a state of deep trust.

? Step 2: Shikantaza – Just Sitting in Pure Presence (3 min)

? Purpose: Strengthen trust in the unfolding of your manifestation.

How to practice:

  1. Drop all effort—no visualization, no affirmation, no trying. Just BE.
  2. Notice the subtle sense of peace that arises when you surrender control.
  3. Smile inwardly, knowing manifestation happens naturally in alignment.

? Result: You develop unshakable trust that your desires will manifest effortlessly.

? Step 3: Contemplating a Koan (2 min)

? Purpose: Shift out of logic-based doubt into direct knowing.

Koan to Contemplate: If you let go completely, what is left?

  1. Sit with the question. Don’t force an answer—just feel it.
  2. Allow your intuition to reveal insights beyond logic.

? Result: You begin to trust the unseen forces working in your favor.

? Step 4: Wu Wei – Aligning with the Flow (3 min)

? Purpose: Release resistance and take effortless action.

How to practice:

  1. Reflect: Where is life already flowing easily?
  2. Ask your Inner Voice: What is the next step that feels natural?
  3. Commit to one inspired action today that feels effortless.

? Result: You move with the flow of manifestation, rather than against it.
